Each of our collections is produced in limited runs, designed with distinctive dials, elegant silhouettes and expressive colour palettes. We focus on a small number of carefully curated collections at a time to ensure every watch feels special and thoughtfully made.

Are the watches designed in the UK?

Yes — all Poppy May watches are designed in Manchester, England, by our small family team.

What movement do your watches use?

Our watches use high-quality quartz movements for reliable, accurate everyday timekeeping. Some models feature Swiss quartz movements for an elevated level of precision and refinement.

Sizing & Fit

What size are your watches?

Most of our watches feature a slim 34mm case, perfect for everyday wear. Selected designs may vary slightly in size, and this will always be listed on the product page.

Are the straps adjustable?

Yes — all straps can be adjusted for a comfortable fit.

  • Leather straps have standard buckle adjustments.

  • Milanese mesh straps feature an easily adjustable clasp.
    Your watch may also include a small tool for strap or link adjustment when needed.

Packaging & Gifting

Do the watches come in a presentation box?

Yes. Every Poppy May watch arrives in a beautiful bamboo presentation box, laser-etched with our logo. Perfect for gifting or safe storage.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders quickly, and delivery times depend on your location. Estimated shipping is 48 hours, using Royal Mail's tracked 48 service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer international shipping. Any customs or import duties (if applicable) will be handled by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The watch must be in its original condition and packaging. Just email us at hello@poppymay.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my watch arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us straight away at hello@poppymay.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We’ll make things right as quickly as possible.

Product Care

How do I care for my watch?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume or oils, and store your watch in its bamboo box when not in use. Leather straps will naturally soften and age over time.

Are Poppy May watches waterproof?

Our watches are splash-resistant for everyday life (rain, handwashing), but not suitable for submersion or swimming.
